As part of our Legal team, you will collaborate with project, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure contracts are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle while safeguarding the organization's legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC, subcontractor, consultancy, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, Railway GCC/SCC provisions, tender conditions, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support contract administration, claims management, variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT), and Liquidated Damages (LD) assessments.
• Assist in arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution, contract interpretation, and legal documentation.
• Provide legal guidance to project and business teams on contractual risks and obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel for effective case management.
• Monitor legal developments and recommend best practices to strengthen contractual governance.

• Design end-to-end system architecture for ERP modules (procurement, inventory, contracts, planning, finance)

• Define architecture patterns (modular monolith vs microservices, API-first)

• Build integration layer for third-party systems

• Design offline-first capabilities for remote sites

Must-Have Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ballastless track systems, QA/QC, and team supervision in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage ballastless track construction (BLT) at site.
2. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and planning teams for smooth execution.
4. Conduct alignment checks, pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and documentation.
5. Lead a team of engineers and supervisors for daily track works.
6. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requirement forecasts.

Qualifications:

1. Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 3 years in BLT / track projects).
3. Preferred Background: Metro / Railway projects, EPC companies, or trackwork contractors.
